Refund Policy

At RoadmapToMarriage.com, our goal is to deliver transformational, faith-filled coaching experiences, resources, and retreats that serve and uplift your journey. Because of the nature of our services and products, we maintain a clear and respectful refund policy outlined below.

1. Coaching Programs

All coaching services—including the Journey to Love program—are non-refundable once the program begins. This policy reflects the commitment we ask of you as you invest in your growth, healing, and preparation for love.

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, even if you choose to discontinue participation early.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion and will be clearly stated in any separate coaching agreement.

2. Retreats and Live Events

Retreats and live events often involve advance planning, non-refundable vendor fees, and reserved accommodations. Therefore:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Balance payments are refundable only if cancellation is requested in writing at least 30 days before the event.
• After that window, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in the event terms.

You may request to transfer your registration to another future event or eligible service at our discretion.

3. Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, workbooks, and online courses, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue, please email us immediately so we can assist you.

4. Books and Physical Merchandise

Books and physical products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon delivery. To request a replacement, please email us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the damage.

5. Payment Plan Policy

If you enter into a payment plan, you are committing to the full investment. Missed or late payments may result in a suspension of access to services or materials until payments are caught up.
